• The group of Riyadh does not hide the size of its depending in its political solution on the external support; it knows that the basis of this support based on the American interest in this group.
•  This group knows that the adherence of Saudi Arabia and Turkey remains circumstantial waiting for the American conviction of the need of this group.
• Washington does not allow its allies to manage the war on Syria except in accordance with its mandate, considerations, and interests.
• Washington gives its allies some of the margins before making major decisions.
• The group of Riyadh realizes that there will be neither American military intervention or by its allies nor will be an arming against the Syrian army and Russia with effective weapon.
• The group of Riyadh realizes that the war on terrorism especially ISIS becomes gradually a title of the American intervention with the understanding with Russia, thus justifies the American acceptance of abandoning the slogan of overthrowing the regime or the President in Syria.
• In the war on ISIS, the American dream was that the group of Riyadh will have a fighting body that is capable of the mission to share with the Syrian country the revenues of this war.
• In Palmyra everything has been resolved and the group of Riyadh has received the knockout as well as the American has recognized that the backbone of the war on ISIS is the Syrian army.
