For the first time in Yemen the armistice is announced as an entry for the political solution by Saudi Arabia and not as a human armistice with a temporal limit.
The Saudi raids and the naval blockade are covered within the armistice terms.
The armistice which followed prolonged political debates between Al Houthis and the Saudi senior officers is described as positive and fruitful.
Saudi Arabia approved ceasing the war without achieving the goal which is alienating Al Houthis from the two military and political equations in Yemen, thus it accepted to admit of its inability to achieve the goal and accepted a Yemeni govern that based on the partnership, this is what Al Houthis have demanded from the beginning.
Radically Yemen is different from Syria, because the confronted forces militarily are Al Houthis and Saudi Arabia, which are the two forces between which the true negotiations have been settled.
In Syria the negotiations are beholding with a party that does not have a place in the war, thus it is impossible to affect it, and the war is occurred with a party that does not have a place in the negotiations, and thus it is impossible to bring it to.
The function of the negotiation in Syria is external, it is to facilitate the international and the regional cooperation with the Syrian country through including the representatives of the abroad into the political process to continue the war against those whom it does not negotiate with, they are ISIS, Al Nusra, and others.
The war ends in Yemen with the negotiation of the combatants and their agreement.
