• The center of the American and the Saudi talks is the degree of the relation of Saudi Arabia with the requirements of the American policy, especially after the scandals of the role of Saudi Arabia and the Wahhabism in rising the extremism, the terrorism, and the American pressure for structural changes which seem to be difficult for Saudi Arabia, along with the requirements of the American positioning in the settlements, and the Saudi inability to bear the bill of the defeat.
• The Saudi financial impasse which has exhausted nearly the fifth of the reserve has led to search in the Saudi deposits in the finance of America, but it has been resolved by preventing its usage.
• Saudi Arabia after the war of Yemen and the military failure needs for the American protection and it will pay its bills politically and financially. Obama is ready to pledge in presenting the protection.
• The cost of the protection is a financial political Saudi commitment and a discipline toward Washington’s plans.
• The real test of seriousness of the American position in the settlements after the starting of the meandrous path of the settlement in Yemen is the Saudi negotiation with Iran, and the real criterion of the success of Obama is Syria.
