• It is not a coincidence that Kuwait will undertake the mediation between the two Yemeni parties, because the role which was started by Sultanate of Oman needs who can continue it because Oman has another role, which is the Saudi Iranian issue which it is not its time yet.
• What is needed is a Gulf country that gets the satisfaction of Washington for its role,and whichIran does not feel reserved towardthe dealing with it, moreover it has a political flexibility that allows it to play the role of the mediator.
• The US President informed the Saudi King that Yemen has become a bleeding wound in the issue of terrorism, and that the priority of fighting Al-Qaeda with its various branches affects Yemen because of the rootedness of Al-Qaeda and its branches because of the continuation of the war.
• Iran informed that it encourages Kuwait to play the role of mediator, and that Ansar Allah as a dependent Yemeni party will not mind this mediation.
• The leaders of Kuwait have found a Saudi silence and pressures that were excreted on the group of Mansour Hadi to cope with the requirements of the success of this mediation.
• The Saudi team and its Yemeni group have no more military choices, after the settlement became a fate.
• The talks proceed towards forming the three teams for the security path and ceasing-fire, for the military path in order to form units from the army that are responsible of the cities, and a political path for a unified government.
• The deadline is till the end of May.
