• The word of the Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vitaly Churkin, in front of the Security Council was enough to interpret quickly and briefly what is happening in Aleppo.
• Churkin said that Turkey supports Al Nusra Front, the Army of Islam, and Ahrar Al Sham to violate the truce’s provisions and to escalate in the fronts of Aleppo; it is known that Al Nusra Front is not included in the truce’s provisions.
• Churkin described all the speech about generalizing the truce without excluding Al Nusra Front, and without exerting a pressure on Turkey to stop supplying the terrorists, this has granted the terrorism an opportunity to rearrange its matters and to prepare itself for new attacks.
• Churkin was astonished from the defending of the members of the Security Council for Al-Qaeda organization in pretext of worrying about the civilians.
• Churkin called those who are keen for the security of the Syrians and the peace of Syria to translate their keen through exerting pressure on Turkey to stop its supplies for the terrorists, and to alienate the terrorists from any attempt of calm and political solution.
• The Russian position reveals that Aleppo is living a state of war which was planned by Turkey, which provided it with weapons, while Saudi Arabia pledged to finance it, this war has been waged under a media war in which the Western media has participated in it to make use of the speech about the civilians, in order to protect Al-Nusra Front and its Emirate in the northern of Syria.
