The Russian retreat today means the return to Russia before 2000 in the era of Yeltsin and the tragic end of the sacrifices which the Russians offered during five years after they tested the consequences of its settled victories.
The American acceptance of the Russian demands is less expensive on America than on Russian if it retreated, Washington has accustomed to the settlements since the understanding on the political solution of the chemical weapons and later the nuclear understanding. In Syria there were understandings which Washington can base on to make them the ceiling of the war if itsstubborn allies which allied with Al Nusrado not response, where the party of the president can launch a war on ISIS in which it wins and gives its victory to its electors.
