• Every time the negotiating track in Yemen seems to be threatened of collapse, where the necessary momentum for continuing the talks is more powerful than the centrifugal force for getting out of it.
• Ansar Allah did not have in their program any intension for exclusive possession in Yemen to accept the hypothesis of their intention to escalate and to get out of the truce’s coverage. Their project is to stop the aggression and the blockade, and to have a unified government that has control over the areas from the two teams through a unified military leadership that takes over the responsibility of confronting the terrorism, in addition to the preparation for new constitution and elections.
• The negotiating process is at its end, it does not interfere with the project of Ansar Allah.
• The Saudi attempt to turn the truce into an opportunity for achieving the objectives of the aggression which are based on showing the settlement as surrender and as a continuation of the aggression and the siege causes the disabling of the negotiating track, therefore the negotiation stops at every field sabotage or at any unfeasible political demand.
• The negotiation stopped because the raids returned back, this stopping was in order to prevent the collapse of the group of Saudi Arabia who escape when the flight stops, as well as the negotiation stopped when the search became for giving the cities to the army of Mansour Hadi and his government.
• The negotiation suspended, but there is no alternative for the Saudis except the war, but the war has failed and it was beyond their capacity, so they return back to negotiation.
• The zigzags of the settlement do not affect it as a track that was imposed by the steadfastness and the impasse.
