• The Russian American announcement of renewing the form of the truce and integrating it within the regime of calm as well as bearing each one of them the responsibility of promoting this among its allies will rule the coming stage.
• The group of Washington starting from Ankara, Riyadh, and Paris has accepted within the form of the truce to classify Al Nusra front as a terrorist organization and thus putting it outside the truce’s provisions and the political process.
• Washington, Ankara, Riyadh, and Paris have set conditions to return back to the truce and Geneva, their content is to accept the representation of the group of Riyadh as a negotiator, to stop demanding to alienate the Army of Islam and Ahrar Al Sham from the group of Riyadh and its description as  terrorism, to consider Aleppo and its countryside a part of the areas which are under the dominance of the opposition and thus are covered by the truce, towards the Turkish borders and to abandon of any support in  favor of the Kurdish privacy that disturbs Turkey.
• The Russian negotiation has succeeded in ensuring Al Nusra as a goal of the war, it linked the position toward the Army of Islam and Ahrar Al Sham in accordance to their practical position toward Al Nusra Front and the war with it, and linked neutralizing any geography of the war with its emptiness from any presence of Al Nusra and ISIS, the sticking to the closure of the Turkish Syrian borders, and linking the future of the Kurds with a dialogue on a new constitutions among the Syrians in a unified government that represents all the parties.
• Washington and Moscow have agreed on the Russian proposal, but the war of Al Nusra is coming.
