• At the meeting of Vienna for the Libyan and the Syrian crises, a project for the American Russian understandings will be proposed.
• The first understanding includes giving the new Libyan government an inclusive international support, it is a government which the commander of the Libyan army Khalifa Haftar will not accept, this government as well did not get the trust of the parliament, but it got the satisfaction of the Turks because it included their representatives who are affiliated in militia formations that are similar to the condition of who are with them in Syria as Muslim Brotherhood and the armed groups.
• The second understanding is dedicated to Syria; it puts the war on Al-Nusra front as an entitlement, so it calls to lift the coverage of it, in favor of everyone who wants to be a part of the track of the political settlement in Geneva and of the truce’s provisions in the field.
• Those who are concerned in the second track are aware that resolving the matter with Al Nusra will weaken their manipulating with the card of power which it represents comparing with their weak supportive groups, and that the agreeing will mean the acceptance of the smaller size comparing with the present one, but its alternative is to go the confrontation which ends Al Nusra and their affiliated groups.
• Vienna will say whether the command of the Saudi Turkish decision in Syria has become an Israeli one and not an American, and whether the martyrdom of the resistor leader Mustafa Badr Al-Din was a plan.
