The Secretary-General Al Sayyed Hassan Nasrollah has emerged to public at the commemoration of the martyr the leader of the resistance and one of its founders and victories-maker the martyr Mustafa Badr Al-Din whom the resistance announced that he was martyred by a shell its source was the armed groups which fight in favor of Al –Qaeda Organization, Al Sayyed has already explained by facts, proofs, arguments, and the logical context that the position of this organization was not settled by coincidence with the American Israel goals, and it does not include an ally that has common interests with this project, but it is the American Israeli administration to wage a war by proxy against the resistance, not to shed blood which the native owners of that project did not bear to shed in their confrontation with the resistance but to wage the war with whatever it has of human capacities from all over the world, and through mobilizing ability of financial, armament, organizational, and human sources in addition to the magnitude of support which is available by who is loyal to the American Israeli project, and who aspires to share the spoils in case of success of the that project by harming the body of the resistance and its project, especially towards what is going on through giving these groups bases in the region’s countries and securing the political, media, and the mobilizing background to present their war as a war of defense once for a “doctrine” and once for a “revolution” in addition to providing the platforms and the preocedures which contribute in besieging the resistance, restricting it, and distorting it.
According to the vision presented by Al Sayyed Nasrollah the resistance which is aware that it is liable to the war of attrition, which its owners at their forefront the Americans are aware the impossibility of achieving the victory in it, and the impasse in achieving the ceiling of its principle goals is aware that the goal of the war after the military Russian positioning and what it has led to imbalance in the balances of the military and political forces has made the project of the dominance on Syria impossible, in the contrary it made the military initiative under the control of the Syrian army and its allies led by Hezbollah, so it prevents the military resolving in this war, moreover it turns it into a war of attrition, so whenever it seems that a decisive episode will be achieved in the field in favor of the resistance the owners of the war of attrition wage a political round for a regime of calm in order to sharpen the knives of the groups of Al-Qaeda organization, to give them the opportunity to rest and to have the supply lines to enter into a next attrition round, because the criteria of success and failure for the American is no longer according to the military achieved successes against the axis of the resistance which seem impossible, but according to the physical harm which is caused to the body of the resistance, the Syrian army, and the other allies, especially among them the leading body in the resistance and its military structure, while the resistance is aware that the rounds of calm did not lead to losses in the axis of the resistance starting from the victories of Palmyra towards the achievements in Al-Ghouta, where all of them have gained the outcome of the political process which is led by Russia in meeting the requirements of the truce and the attempt to lead an international regional action which its title is confronting the terrorism.
Since the beginning of the war on Syria the resistance has committed to work in encouraging the reach for a political solution that includes the parties of the Syrian governmental and the opposition parties to formulate a settlement that allows forming a government of a national unity that sets a new constitution and resorts to the elections in suitable conditions, furthermore produces what the Syrians want through the ballot boxes. The resistance is aware that this is what it wants, and so the Syrian country and its President, This is also what each of Russia and Iran are seeking to, but because the resistance is the main target from turning the political action into political maneuvers which it knows how to distinguish between them, and because it is the main target from turning the truce as a security military framework for calming the fronts in order to join the participants in it to the political dialogue that leads to a desired settlement, into a security military framework for an endless war of attrition, and which it counts its achievements according to the size of harm it causes to the body of the resistance. So it will be the concerned in drawing the separating lines between the attempt for a political solution and the maneuvers and between the truce and the war of attrition.
Because the resistance is the additive value in the strategic axis which is extending from Moscow to Tehran, Damascus, Beirut, Sana’a, and Baghdad, so their allies must listen carefully to its approach and to put it in the priorities of their subsequent approaches for the war in Syria, and to examine every political and security effort to have a clear answer before deciding, Are we in front of a maneuver or in front of an effort for a political solution , or are we in front of an honest endeavor for a calm or in front of mobilizing for a new round of a war of attrition?
The resistance will receive from the allies at their forefront Russia the decisive answer according to the equation of the bilateral of the war on terrorism and the political solution, that there are no longer opportunities left for the hesitators for the final decisive choice between Geneva party and the party of Al Nusra Front, and that the resolving is the choice which will not delay as an alternative of the war of attrition.
