• After three days of the starting of the process of liberation Al-Raqaa, and after a military aura has been drawn around it, in addition to the magnitude of the crowds and the support of the international coalition, especially the US Air Force, the Democratic Forces of Syria which is constituted of the Kurdish formations and some of the Syrian opposition outside the group of Riyadh announced that they do not aim to liberate Al-Raqqa, and they are not ready for such a process and the limits of what they do is a tactical process in the northern countryside of Al-Raqaa.
• After three years of refusal and reluctance the group of Riyadh which was before the opposition coalition, and before it was the group of Istanbul accepted to open a dialogue with the other opposition groups especially the Kurdish ones, in order to join them to the negotiating delegation, it did not put a veto neither on Haytham Al-Manna, nor QadriJamil, nor Saleh Muslim.
• The American bet on each one of these two formations has ended, and their combination has become a necessity after the real Syrian scene had become restricted with two fronts, one includes the Syrian state and its allies, and another includes ISIS and Al-Nusra.
• Russia does not object this combination and sorting, it opens the door for the withdrawal of armed groups from the areas which are under the dominance of Al-Nusra, therefore, the Russian bet is on this dismantling and composing.
• Russia and Syria are winning politically and militarily.
