• No matter how the group of Riyadh and the Army of Islam tried to hide the resignation of Mohammed Alloush through pretexts of despair of the political process, and what he called the violations of the regime and the siege, everyone knows that this resignation was due to the battle waged by Syria and Russia to get him out of the negotiating team as a pre-condition for accepting direct negotiations with the group of Riyadh.
• The Army of Islam which is classified as terrorist by the Russians and the Syrians has constituted a problem through its joining to the negotiating team as Ahrar Al Sham, and the nomination of Alloush as the chief negotiator was a declaration of a Saudi war.
• To be alienated from Al Nusra front in the field was and still the condition of the acceptance of any armed group that belongs to the opposition in the truce's provisions and the political process, this is the content of Moscow-Washington understanding.
• Despite the hostile speech against the Syrian President as a proof of the continuation of the dispute with Moscow regarding this point, and despite his positive pervious speech about the Russian role, the visit of the Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeirto Moscow included understandings about Syria.
• After the visit of Al-Jubeir, the group of Riyadh announced the starting of the dialogue with the oppositions which are adopted by Moscow and Washington to expand the negotiating team.
• The resignation of Alloush was due to Saudi decision to meet the conditions of the coping with the major understandings.
