• Except for the fact that the Syrian country is master of its decision among its allies, and it has the estimation of the situation according to its interest, its capacities, and its reading of the field and with the consultation with the allies, the battle of Al Raqqa which the Foreign media is talking about requires an explanation from those who used to say that ISIS is the product of the regime and its army, and requires at least an apology or to say that it is an artificial battle and those who killed in it have no existence.
• The battle proves hat the continuous American preparations a year ago to form a sufficient force to enter the city Al Raqqa and to ensure a poll that allows airy attacks that leave the arena empty for the ground force as a compensation of its weakness have failed in achieving the goal after two weeks of the start of the fighting in the north and the turning of the confrontation with ISIS to Mare’ and Manbej where the Kurdish background will help the troops which consist of Kurdish majority.
• The Syrian army and its allies succeeded in violating the south- western areas which are under the control of  ISIS towards the city of Al Tabka with tens of cameras within two days, while the fight of the forces which are supported by the Americans remains in the north on a distance that its depth does not exceed five kilometers.
• The battle of Al Raqqa says that after Palmyra the Syrian army and its allies are capable of defeating ISIS, so the American has to choose clearly.
