Probably, there was not and there will not be on Hezbollah's agenda an acceptance of the American frequent proposals from two years ago for the engagement into indirect negotiation and a local coordination relationship, despite the American readiness which was reported by more than European diplomatic reference, or political and security Arab figures that have official positions in their countries or those who have status in the public opinion or Lebanese leaderships and figures that met the leaders of Hezbollah, this was not just a kind of ideological stubbornness resulting from Hezbollah's description of America as the great devil, and the owner of the project of the hegemony which is the cause of every ruin in the region and the wars of destruction, but also because Hezbollah knows in reality that the issue which it stuck to it as a compass and which is related to its resistance to Israel will not be consistent with any type or level of the relationship even the indirect relationship with Washington.
Nowadays we are witnessing examples of the American dealing which proved the validity of conclusions of Hezbollah. All the speech reported by the mediators about positive American perspective of the role of Hezbollah in the war on Al-Qaeda and which some of them were semi- public has been reported by the Deputy Walid Jumblatt quoting the speech of the American Diplomat who is the candidate to the position of the Foreign Minister under the presidency of Hilary Clinton the Former Ambassador Jeffery Feltman was proven that it was as a message of public relationships or desires that do not rise to the level of politics, as the comparisons which are hold by the workshops in the American studies centers which led to the conclusions of the comparison between Al-Qaeda organization and Hezbollah, or as what they called them the Sunni and the Shiite Jihadists, they say that Hezbollah is a rational powerful and tough party and its war is under limits and controls, where there is neither killing of civilians, nor collective massacres, its targeting is not due to the difference in opinion, creed, or religion, it does not transfer the security confrontation to outside its arena of confrontation with Israel and Al-Qaeda organization whatever the disagreement is big and recently in Syria and maybe outside it. Despite all what was said by America in the context of inciting against Hezbollah, the Americans are aware that Hezbollah did not think and will not think of operations neither in Europe nor in America that target the civilians, or the military or the governmental people, while all the taboos of Hezbollah are the doctrine of Al-Qaeda, In spite all of that Hezbollah discovers that the American deep dealing with it does not like all that speech and these comparisons.
The financial war which is led by Washington against Hezbollah and which is escalating since ten months ago, after the visit of the Head of the Israeli government Benjamin Netanyahu to Washington and his meeting with the President Barack Obama, and after they announced that the priority is the war against Hezbollah witnesses a true war under the title of the soft war that is launched against it, it is based on American and Israeli common review of the wars and the events of the current century, the acceptance of the facts of the Russian and Iranian power, the adaptation with its limits, the coexistence with the prospects of recovering Syria, and the seek to work on its dimensions from inside the concept of the settlement and the dual war, therefore making these coming shifts in favor of Iran and Syria but provided, the wining in the war against Hezbollah, therefore, the demonization war is waged, the additions on the terrorism's lists, in addition to the collective penalties on the social environment in which Hezbollah is living inside especially on sectarian affiliation level, hoping to dismantling it, alienating it, and the working on it through the power of interests according to the dismantling and collecting, combining and sorting, awaking a desire and intimidation, and mediators-making in order to reformulate the middle class and the class of the businessmen in the community, according to the rule; the one who is saved and escaped is the one who is apart from Hezbollah, while the one who is fought and fallen into bankruptcy and be out of the economic club is the one who sticks to Hezbollah, in addition to assigning mediators from legal, media, and religious elites, that are being prepared as alternative reference, it is advised to resort to them to present accreditations, checking and verification for those who want to keep their seats in the financial club.

On the other hand, practically Hezbollah witnesses how the money of ISIS, Al-Nusra and all the components of Al-Qaeda ad its formations is still flowing accompanied with a weak media and financial campaign which targets them, the tale of the oil across the Turkish borders has become as the tale of the jag of oil, the issue is continuous and ongoing public and for many years under the sight of the satellites, and above all of that the donations are still collected in favor of Wehabbi associations which Washington knows that these donations go to support Al-Qaeda organization publicly, they are transferred publicly through the banking network which Washington is having control over and through which it tries to strangle Hezbollah and to besiege its background, it knows that it will not harm Hezbollah financially, but it is a political war to reformulate its social background politically by the force of the financial penalty. It is possible for any observe to measure and compare the quantity of the statements, decisions, laws, hours on TV, and the media statements dedicated to Hezbollah to those which are devoted effectively not formally to harm Al-Qaeda organization which Washington admits that it targets its security, so this leads to the fact that the enemy according to Washington is Hezbollah not Al-Qaeda.
When the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Brennan was in special interview on a Saudi channel, he praised the rulers of Riyadh and their role in combating the terrorism and waged a fiery attack against Iran on charge of sponsoring the terrorism. It is known that both of Iran and Saudi Arabia have a basis to measure their relationship with the terrorism that starts from the ideological and cultural system for each one of them, any naïve can notice the position of the Saudi Wahhabism in feeding the terrorism systems with flow of human and financial flood, while restricting the factors of the system of culture and doctrine of the Iranian Velayet-I Fakih in feeding and sponsoring national local forces that resist the projects of the American hegemony and the Israeli aggression within controls, the concepts of the wars of the national independence are similar to those which the Communist organizations and parties waged and which led the wars of the national liberation in the sixties and the seventies of the last century, as well as the precaution of falling into actions that put them in the position of the involver in the terrorist behavior as targeting the civilians, the blind killing, the prosecution of identity, creed, religion, opinion, and the work in the foreign arenas, despite that Brennan does not feel ashamed and does not hesitate in praising the capital of Wahhabi, which the American documents said that it is responsible for producing the terrorism, and in announcing the war on the capital of the resistance which Washington says and admits that its controls make the partnership with it on terrorism productive and possible.
Hezbollah can conclude two facts, the first is that the system of the American classification is still governed by the Israeli priority at the expense of the American security direct interest, because the comparison between Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda organization and the American dealing with each one of them does not lead but to this explanation, because Al-Qaeda organization is not superior to Hezbollah to make it acceptable and to have allaying reasons to exempt it from the violent war that targets Hezbollah, but Al-Qaeda organization does not put Israel on its agenda unlike Hezbollah, while it puts the entire West as a goal unlike Hezbollah too. Second, Washington which seemed for the first time that it does not put Israel as a gateway for its Middle East policies, especially when it signed the understanding on the Iranian nuclear program wants to compensate Israel by distinguishing its war on Al-Qaeda to its war on Hezbollah by giving the priority to the Israeli interest. This is the essence of Obama-Netanyahu understanding which will provide through their soft war the opportunities for waging a harsh tough war against Hezbollah that anticipates the end of the war in Syria, and develops the facts of the exit of the resistance powerfully to the extent that threatens the security of Israel.
Hezbollah feels of a coming war and feels of something uncomfortable that approaches its social environment, but it cannot prevent it because of the dullness, inactivity, and the foolishness of the Lebanese politics, it feels a security war that targets Lebanon and its banks in particular, they try to make it pay its cost, beholding it its consequences, and making it the first loser, so will it wait for the war? Or will they push it to make it coming earlier as has happened after the assassination of the Prime Minister Rfik Al-Hariri towards the war of July through wrong consideration according to the Americans and the Israelis, and as has happened on the fifth of May 2008 when the government of the Prime Minister Fouad Al-Siniora decided to break up the network communication of the resistance by considering the conclusion easy that Hezbollah in order not to blow the situations and the falling into strife it will submit, this time the seventh of May is not Lebanese so maybe it will be regional, so as the war calendar which was intended to develop its conditions has preceded arresting the Israeli soldiers when Hezbollah has surprised them with the time, So did the people of the American financial war put this hypothesis in their considerations or did they just expect what Al-Siniora has expected that Hezbollah will not get out of the drawn controls, but it got out of it contrary to the expectation?
2It is the war of Israel that is waged by America, but its end is an Israeli war, so why Hezbollah has to behave according to their calendar as long as they want to avoid the regional war, and to keep Israel away from the coming war, so why do not they think that Hezbollah can precede them, and moves its game to where it masters, where it has its keys and where it controls its rules before they complete their tempering in its background and before they complete its depriving it from the political and moral sources of its force and complete the war with it?
