• The Iraqi government announced that the year 2016 will be the end of the presence of ISIS in Iraq, it was clear that the announcements of the Iraqi government were closer to be real through the previous battles which Fallujah was most recently.
• The Americans participate in Mosul’s battles at all the levels including ground units from the Marines.
• The Iraqi announcement was not far from the partnership with the Americans, it is closer to be an electoral American need for the Democratic Party.
• In reality it is impossible to achieve that without the partnership of Iran and its Iraqi and non Iraqi allies as Hezbollah.
• It is not possible for this cooperation to be achieved in Iraq, while in Syria there is a project for each of the Americans and the Iranians that eliminates the other.
• Despite the direct American bet on the  Democratic Forces of Syria in Raqqa, there is a war of attrition against Iran and its allies in the countryside of Aleppo, waiting for the arrival of Moscow and Washington to a limit of understanding on the framework of the war there and a political ceiling later in Geneva.
• What is going on in Aleppo is the negotiation with fire on the coming roadmap against ISIS and Al Nusra and the future of the roles and the sizes of Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia in Syria and Iraq.
