• The leaders of ISIS know that the bet on the geography in their war was not possible without the support which they received from the participated forces in the war on Syria, and they know that there are many developments now that prevent the continuation of this support.
• The leaders of ISIS put the geography in front of them but with different considerations this time, what is needed is identifying the new destination and save the movement lines.
• The new destination has neither an opportunity for an empire nor a succession but for the dominance areas and the incubating shelters, moreover it will be in Europe among the poor immigrants and the victims of the growing racial discrimination and in their districts which are difficult for the access of the policemen in Europe.
• The mediator reposition points seem to be in the northern of Lebanon and Libya outside the range of thinking by virtue of the geography, but through the illusion of the dominance by the important local forces that meet the same animosities of ISIS.
• The security men expect that the withdrawal of the groups of ISIS will be from Mosul as from Falloujah toward Al Anbar and the Jordanian borders in preparation for the gradual emigration toward Jordan then Sinaa, and that the emigration will be from Al Raqqa to the countryside of Hama, thus the attempts continue in Athria because the goal is the northern of Lebanon.
• The process of Al Qaa is an expansion toward the northern of Lebanon.
