• The Saudis and their Syrian groups know that this will not be settled without American acceptance by resolving the Army of Islam, Ahrar Al Sham, and the group of Zanki as terrorist groups with Al Nusra and ISIS.
• The Saudis and their groups know that the Syrian country and its allies will interact with the Russian American understanding that ensures the American clearness that the political process will be settled under the ceiling of the Syrian constitution, especially the powers of the Syrian presidency, the preparation for the elections after the end of the war, and putting a new constitution.
