• The Americans try hard to fix casing –fire among the Kurdish groups and the Turkish army along Euphrates River, but the information are conflicting between its valid of its failure.
• There is not between the Kurdish armed groups and the Turkish army a misunderstanding in this confrontation which is taking place between the two teams according to the US recipe under the slogan of fighting ISIS.
• The Turks do not have in their consideration fighting ISIS, it has been two years for the birth of the organization and the outcomes of the fronts did not show any confrontation between them, contrary to the bombings which were executed by ISIS inside Turkey, and the experts said that they are messages of warning because Turkey is not involved in the war on ISIS.
• The Kurds have retreated from the attack on Al Raqqa despite the support of the coalition aircraft when they found that the cost is high so they went to Manbej to complete the Kurdish strip which is connected geographically.
• The issue of the Kurds is to complete a geographical strip from Qamishli to Afrin.
• The issue of the Turks is to prevent the connection of the bordered Kurdish areas.
• The Kurdish Turkish fight will continue even if the truce succeeds, till one of the two teams admits of the impossibility of achieving the goal, the slogan will remain fighting ISIS but no one wants to fight it.
• The Americans accept the recipe of fighting ISIS, while their two allies are fighting as the tale of Joha, the dog, the bolt, and the recipe.
