• The rebels especially Ansar Allah behaved in Yemen at a high degree of the ability of combining between using their fires and their equanimity.

• The Saudi weakness and the inability to reach to a settlement have led to bets on the political pressures through resorting to the Security Council, the rebels have shown the military stability and the political serenity, so it was a reason to the international transition, therefore the Saudi bet has fallen with the Russian refusal.
• The American seemed to realize the danger of following Saudi Arabia, so he shows his differentiation.
• The rebels have resorted to the formula of the Supreme Council with steps of organizing the state, and the return to the bordered escalation according to the equation of the long steadfastness till the fair solution
• The Americans have proposed the formula of a unified government and have ordered their group to accept it.
• Quietly the rebels continue their steadfastness and their war, but they are waiting the food to get matured on their quiet fire toward Kuwait once again.
