The UN Envoy to Syria Steffan De Mistura announced that intense consultations are talking place in Geneva between the Russian and the US experts to formulate an understanding about Syria that grants the United Nations the opportunity to launch a political initiative to resume Geneva talks and to form a realistic political solution.
The speech of De Mistura was preceded by the speech of the Deputy Russian Minister Sergei Ryabkov about a faster progress in the Russian American talks.
The titles of the understanding based on the retreating of the opposition which wants to participate in the political process of its political coverage of Al Nusra front, and stopping its field participation with it, as the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
The field of the answer will be in Aleppo.
The initiative will mean the exit of Al Nusra from the neighborhoods of Aleppo, improving the situations of the militants, the entering the government to the eastern of the city, the return of the normal life to it, and the transition of the battles with Al Nusra to Idlib and its countryside.
Saturday the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the US President Barack Obama will meet in Beijing, they will either go on in the understanding, or the opportunities of the truce in Aleppo will fall.
The first week of September will be from Aleppo par excellence. Either a war that expands to resolve the fate of its eastern neighborhoods, or a political solution that will lead to the exit of Al Nusra and the weapons from its eastern.
