• Despite the fact that it carries the name of the group of Riyadh, but the fate of the formations which carry the flag of the Syrian opposition seems to be linked to Turkey more than Saudi Arabia.
• Turkey has drawn an advanced position in comparison to Saudi Arabia in Syria through its new positioning in the cooperation with Russia and Iran under the title of combining the priorities of the unity of Syria and the war on terrorism, which means exchanging the getting rid of the Kurdish line which is separated on the borders with the war on ISIS,  covering the war on Al Nusra,  closing the borders against it, and transferring the armed groups from the Al Nusra’s dominance areas to participate in having control on the areas of ISIS’s dominance towards accepting a political settlement, entitled the unity of Syria under a unified  government in the light of the presidency of the Syrian President that paves the way for presidential and parliamentary elections.
• Practically with the settlements of Darya and Moadamieh and later in Duma, Saudi Arabia will be out of Syria.
• Saudi Arabia is preoccupied with the issue of oil to enhance the sources of its income, which its resources have exhausted by the fall of the oil’s prices, after the price war which it waged against Russia has turned into a war against it. And after its army and its borders in Yemen have become under the danger of the collapse.
• Saudi Arabia has accepted a solution for Yemen started with a unified government and accepted the recognition of a partnership with Moscow in managing the global oil market and has admitted of the loss of its wars.
