• The Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Washington is bearing the responsibility of obstructing applying the understanding reached to in Geneva.
• The Americans responded that the application of the truce first paves the way for applying the understanding, but the one who has stopped the truce was the Syrian army.
• The US position seems apparently convincing but it is hypocrite.
• The justification of the understanding is the seeking to separate the armed groups which America says that they must be covered by the truce from ISIS and Al Nusra which was agreed that they are not covered by the truce.
• The US speech means practically the inclusion of Al Nusra in the truce, but they do not bear to say that.
• Neither Syria nor Russia will accept a truce in which the situation returns to what was before, where Al Nusra and who is with it will make use of it and prepare themselves for the coming confrontations.
• The way to the truce passes by the US acceptance, by resolving the interaction between Al Nusra and the groups which want to join the truce.
• Till the Americans accept, the situation will remain escalating, the confrontation will remain occuring, and they will be followed by settlements as what has happened in Hai Al Waer and Darya.
• The eastern of Aleppo is an example for what would be the situation if Washington delayed.
• The eastern of Aleppo will witness developments that are difficult to be withdrawn if the Americans delayed so much.
