• The understanding forms a victory which the Russians do not want to abandon, because it is a US recognition of the political and the military partnership, an ensuring of less cost resolving against Al Nusra front, and weakening what was left from the armed groups, and making them after the resolving with Al Nusra weaker than to refuse any solution, furthermore, the understanding ensures resorting to election in which the Russians trust the wining of their ally the Syrian President.
• Unlike the previous truce in which Russians were accepting stopping the military action and granting the Americans the needed time to dismantle the relation of Al Nusra from the groups which they support, the Russians depend on the military pressure, and the slowness in applying the truce.
• What was before the understanding was not like what came after it on one hand, as what was before the siege on the eastern of Aleppo was not like what came after it on the other hand.
• The Russians behave according to new tactics including the growing crowds, the announcement of qualitative military agreements with Syria, and spreading new weapons.
• Moscow is entering the tactics of the last quarter-hour.
