In the speech of the Secretary –General of Hezbollah Al Sayyed Hassan Nasrollah there was a recalling of the presidential debate in order to end the matters. Simply the one who says that he chose the General Michael Aoun as a president due to his sticking to the country and the economics, or the one who did that because of his certainty that he was the actual candidate of Hezbollah to fill the vacancy, let him tell the Lebanese people why did not he do that two and a half years ago, he was neither concerned about the economics nor about the Lebanese people, however why suddenly he becomes concerned after a drought of two years and a half which was proven that it leads to president.
Al Sayyed Nasrollah continues in drawing his equation, he says as we said that the General Aoun is a compulsory way to the presidency of the Republic we said that the Speaker of the Parliament Nabih Berri is a compulsory way to form the government. Those who want to say that this is an expression of Hezbolla's desire of disrupting the formation of the government. Al Sayyed did not say that, however he mentioned try the two recipes, the sticking to the economics and the acceptance of what the Speaker Berri accepts, as you accepted this motive according to your speech regarding the General Aoun as a President, or drive us to accept what Berri accepts and you will succeed as you have succeeded in embarrassing us by your acceptance of the General Aoun.
Al Sayyed Nasrollah devotes a special paragraph to talk about the nobility of the Deputy Suleiman Franjieh and his commitment, he gave him his right in the preparation for the arrival of the General Aoun to presidency through his refusal of the participation in ensuring the quorum of the presidential sessions which may led to a president, because he will not participate if Hezbollah does not want to participate, and Hezbollah was not involved because it decided not to participate unless in the election of the General Aoun as a president. When Al Sayyed remembers how was Hezbollah refusing the participation in the government unless the acceptance of the Free Patriotic Movement of the nature of the proposed portfolios, therefore it links its participation with the participation of the Movement, and the Speaker Berri links hid participation with the participation of the Movement, he did not say but he said that the Deputy Franjieh was in solidarity with Hezbollah and the Speaker Berri by linking his participation with the participation of the Free Patriotic Movement, he did not say but it said that the Free Patriotic Movement which his leader arrived to the presidency of the Republic by the power of this solidarity between the allies is able to treat its allies for the first time the way its allies have treated it, even if that treatment was through the relation with Hezbollah, so let the Movement consider its treatment of the allies similar and through Hezbollah.
Al Sayyed calls clearly to a government of a national unity, a government of consonance that does not exclude anyone. But what was not said by Al Sayyed is that the intention is not only the forces which represent their sects but the forces which are difficult to insert among the sects and to participate Hezbollah in its preemptive war in Syria defending on Lebanon and the region which its effectiveness has been raised in the inauguration speech to the level of the expression of the will of the Lebanese people and has got the unanimous on the speech. The intention is the forces which supported, and the forces which objected either the presidential elections or the nomination of the prime minister, and the forces which have a parliamentary disrupted representation, or those which have a limited number of deputies, as long as they are active vivid forces that reflect the representation of an important and active section in the Lebanese life and their presence enriches the governmental representation and expresses the will of the combination not the division.
The speech of Al Sayyed on the eve of the formation of the government has a meaning and significance, it is a message on air before the track of forming the government turns into closed box for sharing the positions and the gains, the strong victor will have his special share accepting the symbolic presence. From the position of the arrogant and the adviser for those who want to thank Al Sayyed for everything he has done and he is doing for Lebanon and for them, he said that there is a way for thanking through the interaction with the advice. Al Sayyed does not wait any thanking from anyone but some kind of self-esteem, thus the thanking will have double effect, according to the words of the scholars and the interpreters that the verse "if you thank I will give you more" the meaning of thanking is the charity, which means spending money away from the luxury and extravagance and making it for the good, while serving people is the blessing which increases the wealth.
All the words of Al Sayyed was accompanied with a repetitive equation that no one must forget, it is on every occasion of mentioning the President Michael Aoun, we trust this man, saying that in his name and the name of everyone who trusts him.
