• The Americans have expressed their continuous fear from the growing presence of the Iraqi popular crowd on the borders with Syria, and their fear from the statements which were issued by the leaders of the popular crowd through the intention on liberating the Syrian provinces which were under the control of ISIS.
• The Americans prevented stubbornly the progress of the popular crowd toward Tal Afar and the rest of the areas between the Tigris and the Euphrates; they wanted to confine the war with liberating the Syrian and the Iraqi cities which are located on the courses of the two rivers as Mosul.
• The Americans want to negotiate on oil and security privileges with the Iraqi and the Syrian governments, and the attempt of having control over the Syrian - Iraqi borders as a geographical linkage between Iran and the Mediterranean coast, and a passage between Iran and the resistance.
• The Syrian Iraqi cooperation will frustrate the US aspirations as the Turkish ones.
