- It was proven that the US Secretary of State John Kerry was the most concerned about the future of the armed groups from their leaders, as the UN Envoy Steffan De Mistura was more concerned of keeping their future from the stupidity of their leaders.
- Kerry has employed the stature of his country and the capacities of his government to wage tough negotiations for months with the Russian delegations, and has consumed long hours with the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to reach to understandings that protect the armed groups from the military crush and the geographical expulsion to outside the most important region in the regional and international considerations in the Syrian war which is represented by Aleppo. De Mistura did the same using the stature of the United Nations and his representation.
- The essence of what Kerry and Lavrov have reached to was the call for the armed groups supported by Riyadh and Ankara to accept separating their presence in Aleppo from the Al Nusra front, by dismissing Al Nusra from Aleppo as a beginning, in exchange of applying the truce and what is meant by keeping practically the armed groups in Aleppo, even by ways in which the country is sharing some roles according to the requirements of the settlement.
- The refusal of Kerry and De Mistruea’s recipe has led to the liberation of Aleppo and the end of the presence of the armed groups in it practically.
- It is an obvious stupidity.
