While the talk revolves around the demise of the ability to practice any independent position by the Syrian country away from its allies, that subjects the initiatives and the negotiations to Syrian considerations, the Russian Turkish understandings about the exit of the militants from the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo were disrupted by a Syrian decision.
Syria has proved that it is has the critical decision concerning the affairs of its country, with all respect to the initiatives of the allies which stem originally from a prior authorization, and paying attention to the common considerations.
Russia did not feel resentful concerning the Syrian position; on the contrary it showed its understanding and an enthusiasm toward its adoption and linking the negotiating efforts to meet its requirements.
Syria said that the size of the armed presence which was required to get out and its quality threaten Aleppo from outside it, but they do not end its war, on the contrary they give the militants a better opportunity to wage it, and just for that the exit was by virtue of an understanding that ends this war.
The Syrian government said that it has as its allies have missed and arrested people and martyrs, so their fate must be included in the negotiation
The Syrian government said that blockade of Fouaa and Kfriya cannot be ignored, while the freedom of withdrawal is granted to the militants who vandalized Aleppo, and whose their number reached to thousands.
The allies at their forefront Russia have supported Syria in the equation of resolving and in the comprehensive solution.
