• Since the beginning of the war on Syria the militias which affiliated to Turkey at their forefront Al Nusra front harried to impose unjust blockade on the towns of Nobul, Al Zahraa, Fouaa, and Kafrya hoping to make them hostages that are similar to the Lebanese pilgrims, in order to exert pressure on Hezbollah from a sectarian basis, to change its initial position toward the war and to behold it a massacre that affects thousands because it refused to change.
• Hezbollah insisted on its initial choice toward the war, it got involved militarily to the furthest limits towards the words of Al Sayyed Hassan Nasrollah "if it is necessary to be personally present, I will".
• Hezbollah did not degrade in the humanitarian, political, and the military aspect in any time regarding the four towns.
• Almost a year ago, the opportunity was suitable to wage the battle of lifting the blockade on Nobul and Zahraa, so their freedom became a priority.
• In the heart of the battles of the Eastern neighborhoods, Hezbollah was looking for the opportunity to be just toward the arrested tortured people of Fouaa and Kafrya.
• It is possible to say that adding the file of Fouaa and Kafrya to the conditions of the Russian Turkish solution is adopted by the Syrian President and Al Sayyed Hassan Nasrollah proceeded by the Russians and the Iranians, they were enthusiastic to it. 
• It is an occasion to confirm the confidence in the entrusted leadership.
