• The abstention of voting on the project of the draft resolution dedicated to refuse the settlement at the Security Council from the commissioner of Washington confirms that there are ministry and administration that behave.
• Generally the change happens with assuming new administration, but to the extent which it seems that the strategies of the two administrations are reverse, they need the necessary means to interpret the foreign policy.
• Despite the clamor about the difference between the administration of Donald Trump and the administration of Barack Obama, these two administrations stem from the meeting on that the reading the negotiation and the settlements is a main way for the foreign policy, and the recognition of the limitedness of wars in policy-making.
• What Kerry has said was the summary of what is known by the US Foreign Departments as a necessity to protect the security of Israel in order to avoid the risks of new wars that it will not get out of them safely, and what will be known by Trump and his team when they enter the White House.
• There is no difference between the two administrations in having sympathy toward Israel but in knowing the magnitude of the disaster which is waiting for it and the end of the days of arrogance and the existential need for a settlement.
