• The accelerated developments in the battles of Mosul seem a result of the entry of the units of the Popular Crowd in its resisting components in the battles in an active way contrary to the US and the Turkish reservations in the beginning of the battles, and the recognition from every one of the difficulty of the wars of streets and its complexities according to the Iraqi army and the regular forces alone.
• After Aleppo the American and the Turkish recognize the change of the equations of the region, but they did not confess yet of the decline of the roles.
• Turkey regressed in Iraq in order to have a bigger role in Syria, while America is doing the opposite.
• Only Iraq and Syria together can fortify the positions of each other under Iranian and Russian support and along with the resistance against the US security and political demands.
• Washington wants to keep some of its troops in Iraq, while Turkey wants to do the same in Syria.
• Washington wantsto ensure the presence of its groups in the Iraqi political process, especially the Kurds, and to alienate the inflexible Islamist militants, while Turkey wants the same in Syria but contrarily to alienate the Kurds and involve the Islamist militants.
• The Syrian Iraqi cooperation puts the issue of the Islamist militants and the Kurds in a scale that relieves the two countries from the risk of the two files.
• Neither Turkey nor America can have the congruence in the interests as Syria and Iraq.
• It is a quinary alliance of Syria, Iraq, Iran, Russia, and the resistance.
