• Two years ago, Geneva Conference which was dedicated to Syria has been held, and practically it was the only conference in which the opposition and the government confronted, and in it there were two visions on which the alliances that have waged the war have been formed, a vision that considered toppling the Syrian President a condition for the solution or the continuation of the war and a vision that considers that the Syrian President is a red line and without him is the war.
• Two alliances and two visions have been met; one starts the political solution by putting Syria under Chapter VII as the only way to form the body of a transitional rule, and a vision that links any political solution with being under the umbrella of the Syrian sovereignty and constitution.
• A vision considers that it will continue the war of overthrowing till it wins and bets on a political solution in the mid of its way to victory, and a vision that is ready to confront the bets by steadfastness and patience towards achieving the victory or a settlement with its conditions.
• Today, Astana is a path that is contrary to Geneva before two years, after the victory of Aleppo. Both of the two allies were able to test their abilities to achieve victory, but the victory was in favor of a team and the defeat was in favor of the other team.
• In Geneva the invitation was not sent to Iran but only after Russian pressures, but the invitation was withdrawn from it due to US Saudi announced decision.
• Today Iran refuses the participation of America and Saudi Arabia.
