• The attack waged by ISIS in Deir Al Zour has formed a pre-emptive step for reverse steps which it expects from its war which it wages in each of Iraq and Syria.
• The popular crowd has succeeded in closing the road between Mosul and Al Raqqa through its progress in Tal Afar area which separates between the borders of Syria and Iraq, so the margin of the maneuver in the war of Mosul got narrow, so it becomes a war of either life or death which the organization does not want it for its leaderships and the thousands of its fighters.
• It is no longer the safe withdrawal road for ISIS toward Turkey after the deterioration of the relationships, after the battle of Al-Bab and the bombs which organized by ISIS in Turkey.
• Thinking of a southern line for the reposition gradually from Iraq and Syria together after the decline of the organization in Mosul and later after its exposing to the attack in Al-Raqqa means to go to Al-Anbar and Deir Al Zour in the south, and thus to be on the common Iraqi Syrian borders of Al-Badia.
• Al-Badia is an easy gate for the organization toward Jordan and Saudi Arabia, while Jordan is a mandatory way toward Sinai and Libya later. Despite the fact that both of them are complicated, Saudi Arabia seems a suitable destination for a strategic positioning where the incubating background is wide and rooted, and where the geography is a source of temptation.
