• The representatives of the Syrian opposition in its different Wehabi, Muslim Brotherhood, and Secular formations praise the Russian position and announce their acceptance it as a righteous mediator, sponsor, and a guarantor of the cease-fire and later the political solution.
• This speech does not have an explanation but only in reading the backgrounds of the operators of these oppositions which do not have in common but the Turkish Saudi understanding.
• The Turks and the Saudis feel of the political and the military suffocation after the US changes, which started since the withdrawal of the fleets from the Mediterranean and the regression of the military act in favor of the negotiation, towards the Russian American understanding.

• Turkey and Saudi Arabia have reached to the certainty that the possible ceiling in Syria is the subjection to the fact of the political and the military disability and the positioning under what is possible with Russia.
• The Turkish Saudi compliment of Russia is an attempt to restrict the battle with Iran and Hezbollah and imitate America and Israel in the alliances and the enmities of the next phase.
