• After the despair of the summits the Arab citizen has become waiting for the summits in order to listen to one word that expresses his opinion and pulse, it is the words of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad.

• Since that date, if the summits succeeded then they would succeed in more conspiracies and would bring more devastation.

• Saudi Arabia has controlled the Arab decision; its intentions were if it could escalate the war on Syria and Yemen and the legitimacy of the normalization.
• At this summit the target was some of what is represented by the Syrian President and the resistance in the person of the Lebanese President the General Michael Aoun, so they brought for him a message from former presidents as a shot in preparation to besiege the resistance in the closing statement.
• The issuance of a dull statement of the summit has become a victory on it.
