• The US President knows that Russia will not allow the issuance of the UN resolution that condemns Syria and opens hostile track against it from the gate of the wide accusations of using the chemical weapons, in comparison with the changes before the Russian positioning in Syria, and before the Syrian achieved victories, and before the prevention of America by Russia from waging a war on Syria with or without UN cover.
• President Trump knows that he will not be able to go to military escalation that targets the Syrian country, while he announces his priority in the war on ISIS and that he will not care about secondary goals no matter how much he is provoked, as what his predecessor the President Obama did.
• What Trump can do if he responds to the pressures which were arranged through the campaign of accusations against Syria is to stop the course of the political change toward the Syrian country which he foreshadowed of after the failure of the Turkish-Saudi-Israeli alliance in the invasion of Damascus and Hama by Al Nusra.
• The US President is facing the first test of his ability to behave as a political leadership far from provoking the populism and the arrogance, and to confront the pressures which are contrary to the US interests in favor of other interests by the force of the media, political and popular embarrassment.
