• Under Qatari funding and Turkish sponsorship  there was a plan to transform the camp of Ain Al-Helweh into a base that is capable of  receiving tens of the leaderships affiliated to Al-Qaeda organization fleeing from Syria during the developments of the battles as the defeats that affected Al-Qaeda organization and foreshadowed of the end of its golden phase.
• The history of Al Nusra front in Ain Al-Helweh is prior to the war on Syria, when it was called Al Nusra and Al Jihad front in the Levant and its pledge of allegiance to Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi in Iraq.
• The success of the Palestinian-Lebanese understanding by setting a framework for the security and the political cooperation that preserves the responsibility of the security of the camp to the Palestinian factions, and reduces the security and the social suffering of the refugees who are obliged to live in its narrow area has contributed in encouraging the Palestinian factions especially the Fatih Movement to bear the responsibility of the military resolving against Al-Qaeda organization.
• The General Security of Lebanon has played a role of the dynamo in sponsoring this relationship and in ensuring the confidence which its lack before was the cause of the plight of Nahr Al Bared camp. Today it plays the role of sponsor to ensure the Palestinian-Lebanese unanimity towards Fatih’s acts for the stability of the camp.
• The stability of Ain Al-Helweh is a security for the Palestinians and the Lebanese people and a security for the Palestinian-Lebanese relationship as well.
