It is the right time to evaluate the ruling of the man of Syria and his leadership of the Arab project and the experience of forming a state among the countries which include tribes, sects, instincts, oil, money, traders, and types of intellectuals.
How much Syria was in need of what we are witnessing and how much the Arabs were in need to experience these days in order to be just towards Hafez Al-Assad.
What characterized him and was recognized by the enemies, and was a matter of pride of the friends is not a subject for debate, he has built the country of stability and security, the social offerings, the agricultural reform, supporting the goods, health, education that is free of charges, the streets, the electricity, and the services.
What he granted to the Arabism and the Arabs is not a subject for debate also, he has formed strong army, fixed on the choice of refusing the peace of humiliation, shame, and submission, and he has supported every honest faithful resistance in Palestine and Lebanon.
The days were just to him and in his favor, because he did not open the doors for the Muslim Brotherhood and who are like them who will enter under the slogan of more democracy in the partnership in the rule.
It was not debatable that he did not grant the intellectuals who claim the patriotism, and who live under the sects and the corruption of money wider scopes of freedom in order not to prevail more devastation, and the days have resolved the right of his choice.
It was not debatable what was called corruption, through sheltering symbols that stole the public and the private money in the name of the regime, and became symbols of the opposition today, and it was proven that he was treating them as dogs; so the bones are enough for them to keep their evils away from Syria.
It was not debatable that he hold other's breath and voices, since we heard the voices which he hold, they are as hissing of snakes, so it is enough for the Syrians to be proud that he suppressed them from declaring to themselves in secret the identities of their communities, or the thinking in the sects of their names and the names of their peers.
Today, it is enough for him to be proud in his remembrance that what he built has lasted and now it triumphs from the resistance which liberates, to the ideological army which unites and dominates, to the spirit of citizenship which came back to be the only choice of Syria.
At the remembrance of the departure, greetings to the faithful and the well born the President Bashar who opened the door for the cleansing of Syria and for rebuilding it with clean stones, so he returned the justice to the great of the Arabs, the late who did not sign any agreement with Israel, he did not meet any US President in his capital, he has humiliated them as the Arabs leaders feel humiliated to them today.
I feel proud that I am from the generation who lived in the era of Hafez Al-Assad, knew him, and was filled with the pulse of his heart, his love to Palestine and the resistance, Syria and Lebanon, his asceticism of money and fame and everything attracts others.
