• With the announcement of a truce in Daraa for two days from one side by the Syrian army Moscow took the initiative to encourage, while Washington and Amman did not delay to support.
• The announced truce is not separated from the achievements of the Syrian army in Daraa which were a supposed title for an attack under American-Jordanian sponsorship in the name of the southern front process.
• The announced truce and its adoption by America is not separated from the Syrian-American relationship which is affected by the US threats and raids and the drawing of a US red line in front of the Syrian army and its allies to prevent them from the progress towards the Syrian-Iraqi borders.
• The Syrian army succeeded in reaching the borders with Iraq, it met the Iraqi army across the borders, and then both of them expanded its deployment in the length of 100 km of the borders. The Popular Crowd and the Syrian army succeeded to reach the borders in other points with wider expansion.
• The Syrian army succeeded in causing the failure of the southern front, it succeeded in dropping the US red line in the borders, and now it is preparing itself accompanied with the Popular Crowd and the Iraqi army to meet in Boukamal where the decisive battle with ISIS will be.
