• When De Mistura was appointed as UN envoy to Syria the option was American and the mission was to create a formula that compensates the stepping down of the Syrian President and achieves the same goal after the failure of the mission of Al Akhdar Al Ibrahimi in achieving the overthrowing of the President by investing military and political pressures.
• De Mistura invented a formula for distributing the sovereign positions on the basis of sectarian identity and adopting it for the new regime in Syria, and distributing the powers in a way that achieves the goal of making the actual authority at the hand of a person other than the Syrian President even he is still a president.
• Syria withstands through its people, army, and president. It ignored the conspiracy of the poisonous plan of De Mistura which entitled the inspiring of the Lebanese Taif example to transfer it to Syria.
• Lebanon and Iraq which were subject to sectarian organization of the country and its positions and powers were projects for the repetitive civil wars in the eyes of the Syrians.

• De Mistura returned with new division formula through handing over the local councils to the power including those belong to Al Nusra starting from the eastern of Aleppo.
• Syria withstands through its people, army and president till Aleppo was liberated and the project has fallen.
• Today De Mistura is talking in a rational language entitled the adaptation with the staying of the Syrian President and his constants and powers.
• The steadfastness makes rationality in the parties of the war and conspiracy.
