• The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al-Abadi stood defending the Popular Crowd against the attempts of alienating it from different sites, he confronted American pressures, Kurdish objections, Turkish threats and local comments, but he did not retreat.
• Al-Abadi refused the plan of opening the door in front of ISIS's withdrawal from Mosul towards Al-Anbar and Deir Al Zour, he insisted on closing the crossings in the face of ISIS in Mosul as in Tal Afar contrary to the American advices.
• The withdrawal of three hundred militants of ISIS from Qalamoun to the eastern of Syria near the Iraqi borders, where there are more than ten thousand militants of ISIS in Mayadeen and Deir Al Zour as the Americans said, does not change the balances of forces and does not affect Iraq and its battles against ISIS.
• Only the Americans are upset, because the withdrawal is to Boukamal which they want to have control on it in order to have control on the Syrian-Iraqi borders.
• The Americans have exerted pressure and maybe they succeeded in showing the matter as a source of danger on Iraq in the battle of Qaem, so Al-Abadi announced his objection of the withdrawal formula.
• The Prime Minister is excused, he will remain an ally of the resistance, and he will receive more clarifications that will end the misunderstanding.
• The victory of the resistance and its allies and the strength of their front will not be affected by the campaigns of questioning and the attempts of differentiation.
• The victory has been settled.
