• President Putin says that the fate of ISIS and the end of terrorism is proven by the victory of the Syrian army in Deir Al Zour, which its features began to emerge by lifting the siege. He did not say that about the victory of Aleppo.
• President Putin knows that the battle first and foremost is with America and that the victory in Aleppo has fallen the Americans illusions, but it did end the last version of the US project; entitled to hide behind the Euphrates’s course and managing the war on ISIS on one hand, and the file of the Kurdish entity on the other hand.
• The entry of the Syrian army to Deir Al Zour, the accomplishment of its liberation, and the expansion in the province lead to the fall of the last version of the US project and the failure of the bets on dividing Syria and managing it as a political and military chaos under the control, these facts return to the unity of Syria and its strong restoration the realistic hope.
