• The date of the referendum on the secession of the Iraqi Kurdistan reveals that it is an opportunistic date, because Iraq is preoccupied with a war that did not end on ISIS, along with complicated problems before the elections, Iran is preoccupied in the war of Syria, and Turkey has taken a new position in the cooperation with Russia and Iran, while Syria has not recovered totally yet.
• The date of the referendum reveals another exploitation that is beyond Erbil and the Kurdish leadership and the employment of its ambitions and aspirations, it is in favor of a regional force namely Israel and an international force namely America.
• Israel will find in the Kurdish confusion of the considerations of the region and its maps what can preoccupy the central force namely Iran with the threat, and this will prevent spending the surplus of power of the victory in Syria in the confrontation with Israel. The Turkish secession is a serious event that takes place on the Iranian borders and threatens the unity of Iran.
• America bets on the impact of bombing the Kurdish cause on Syria before the end of the confrontation in Syria either through opening the doors for negotiation that grants America a missing status while it is at the state of defeated, or through granting the Kurds of Syria an additional momentum to suggest the federalism, the privacy, and to get a partnership in the Kurdish-Iraqi file.
• Just for that, America procrastinates in the titles of the Syrian settlements, as it procrastinates in the Kurdish file in Syria.
