• The US President cannot escape from his accusing the former administration in the White House with ISIS- industry as he repeatedly said in his electoral speeches.
• After his arrival to the White House, Trump tried to launch slogans that make his war on ISIS the priority of his administration as a correction of the fault of his predecessor and his aides as he said.
• Within a year he made the Kurdish militia the front of the war which he declared against ISIS, and he has presented all the reasons of power to become an army that attacks the Syrian army, to ignite the concern in Turkey, and to put the priority for the secession from Syria, but this militia failed to get rid of ISIS in Raqqa, knowing that it is the only front which it opened.
• During this year, ISIS has expanded toward Palmyra and Deir Al Zour under the eyes of the Americans. The US bombing of the Syrian army was a preparation for the progress of ISIS in the two directions.
• Within a year the Kurdish militia under US consent has held a public deal with ISIS to open the door for the expansion towards Badia, but it was prevented by the Russian bombardment.
• Within this year the Syrian army has succeeded in liberating ten times the area of Al Raqqa from the domination of ISIS, but Al Raqqa is still unresolved.
• At the moment when the domination of ISIS was about to end in Deir Al-Zour, after Al Mayadeen was liberated from it, and AL Boukamal was on  the way, the American and the Kurdish militias have hold a deal with ISIS to move to Deir Al- Zour to disrupt the progress of the Syrian army and its allies.
• The spokesmen of the Kurdish militias stammered in describing what has happened, so they issued a statement that denies what preceded it, because they know that with the Americans it will be a resounding scandal.
