• The Americans imagine that the manipulation process which they made or which they will make by administering the receipt and the handing over between ISIS and the Kurdish militias will cause the embarrassment to the Syrian country and its allies.
• The equation which they already drew and accepted under the slogan of” who precedes first” has been resolved soon in favor of the Syrian army, so the first US red line has fallen on the Syrian-Iraqi borders and the second US red line has fallen through the passing of the Syrian army and the allies to the Euphrates River.
• The Americans decided to get out of the race of the receipt and the handing over by making ISIS handing over the areas threatened to be fallen by the Syrian army to the Kurdish militia and to go to enhance other sites in order to hand them over in case of threat before the entry of the Syrian army.
• Today the issue is summarized in two strategic sites one is the oil fields in Deir Al-Zour which were handed over to the Kurdish militia from the north side before the entry of the Syrian army from the south, while the other site is the city of Boukamal, when the Syrian army will be at its gates.
• The handing over of the Kurdish militia of the oil Omr fields and later the city of Boukamal means making obstacles in front of the unity of Syria and providing the elements that encourage the establishment of a Kurdish separatist entity, so the confrontation of this danger is an existential issue of Syria and its allies.
• What is being done by the Americans made the confrontation between the Syrian army accompanied by its allies and the Kurdish militias closer and put the Americans in front of the choice of fight or the quick withdrawal. The axis of the resistance is ready for every possibility.
