• It is normal that the negotiation starts with high ceilings, but engaging in the negotiation and putting the weapons under bargaining with a political solution mean the end of the control over the geography and understanding the lesson of the Iraqi Kurdistan.
• Meeting the requirements of the political solution under the leadership of the Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad and the Syrian army comes in the light of a decisive decision of Syria, the resistance, Iran, and Russia that these are not elements of negotiation, so not accepting those elements means the war, while accepting them means that the negotiation has opportunities.
• Erdogan is ready to meet the President Al-Assad.
• Moscow has put the negotiation in process; the messages of deterrence have been received.
