• The conference which is held in Brussels has been promoted in Lebanon as a conference to support the Lebanese state in the file of the Syrian refugees, but it was revealed that it is a conference of the involved countries in the war on Syria and the financial institutions affiliated to them.
• Brussels Conference’s organizers do not hide that it is an attempt to launch a political path for the solution in Syria under conditions that achieve the goals of the participated countries led by Saudi Arabia and France, while Russia and Iran just got words of criticism by numbers of the conference organizers.
• The issue of the refugees was among the conference’ agenda, but within a bilateral: to prevent their flow to Europe, and prevent their return to Syria but under political deal that meets the conditions of the conference holders, and calls the countries which hosted the refugees to barter their commitment to these conditions with funding the integration of the refugees in the quartering countries.
• UNHCR's protest against the voluntary return of hundreds of the Syrian refugees to their town Beit  Jann with the cooperation of the Syrian and Lebanese agencies reveals the fact of what is being prepared in Brussels.
• The involvement of the Lebanese government in a conference that represents one of the axes of the war on Syria forms a clear exit of the self-disassociation which is claimed by the government. Its participation is a kind of the political deception by virtue that it is a conference of the refugees. Moreover, the conference’s dealing with the issue of refugees contradicts Lebanon’s endeavors which are supposed for ensuring the return of the refugees, while the conference is dedicated to prevent their return.
