According to the Gulf rulers, the tour of the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in the region seems a sign of American commitment to escalate with Iran, but according to Israel it seems a commitment to the American responsibility to protect Israel, to ensure the transferring of the American Embassy to Jerusalem, and to prevent Iran from the possession of nuclear weapons. Pompeo’s words reveal the issue more clearly through commitment without any military confrontation with Iran and without canceling the nuclear agreement, just to have two clear commitments by the allies: First, Iran declares in advance a voluntary commitment not to possess nuclear weapons. Second, not to present the commitment to the allies but only when there are draft understandings that form a source of uncertainty to the allies. Its content is we will not abandon you and we will pledge to ensure your security and protection.
What grants Pompeo’s words credibility is his being an American official who has been assigned in the US Department of State after he was at the Intelligence Department. This means that he knows a lot about the secret and sensitive files, and that he has been assigned to continue following-up the file of North Korea, its nuclear weapon, and its intelligence overlapping with each of Russia and China. Pompeo knows a lot about the understandings which took place between Washington, Moscow, and Beijing and led to this great ease in the nuclear weapon file of North Korea.
Washington got an honorable exit from its impasse with the nuclear weapons of North Korea, as Moscow and Beijing got alike, in addition to the guarantees demanded by North Korea and which it got.  Most importantly was what was announced at the summit which brought together the leaders of the two Koreas to disarm their areas from the nuclear weapons, in other words; the North Korean weapons in exchange for the American weapons in South Korea. So can the international situation and the US relations with each of Russia and China coexist with an ease in the Korean file and a blast in the Iranian one?
It is certain that the American inability to resolve the Korean nuclear weapon militarily for fear of leading to a destructive nuclear confrontation was behind arousing this file against Washington with Russian-Chinese support. And it is certain that the anticipated negotiating solution is not desired by Washington as long as it achieves more security and influence to Russia and China in the eastern of Asia and leads to more us military economic concessions. Therefore, North Korea will become an ally to Russia and China in the international community, fulfilling the saying that “who withstands against the American pressures can achieve his goals by patience and steadfastness”. It is certain that before the sudden emergence of the Korean file, the Russian and the Chinese demand was an American acceptance to fortify the nuclear understanding with Iran.
Despite the escalating discourse of Washington and the accompanying positions in the field in Syria, it seems that the main desitination of the international movement is governed by prepared understandings to achieve the understanding on the Korean file and Chinese- Russian success in ensuring the invalidity of the policy of sanctions, however this context needs a long time in order to become clear in all the files, but the aggression led by Washington on Syria and what the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov said as committing to red lines means a lot.
