It is clear that the battle of the south of Syria has been launched by a decision coordinated between Syria and its allies, where the first signs have been given from the Russian Reconciliation center in Hmeimim Air Base about stopping the work in the escalation area, it reminded the two partners of Moscow in the understanding; Washington and Amman to commit to end the presence of Al Nusra front, since the non-implementation of this commitment will end the agreement of reducing the escalation.
This has been coincided with field preparations of the Syrian army and the allies which were mentioned in the US and Gulf mass media especially Washington Post and Al Arabiya Channel.
A US public warning was issued against the Syrian army then it was neglected and replaced by a proposal presented by the Assistant Secretary of State David Satterfield that includes the withdrawal of thousands of militants to Idlib and the taking over of the region to the Syrian army till the borders with Jordan.
Israeli resources revealed the acceptance of Tel Aviv of the formula of Satterfield about the deployment of the Syrian army till the borders of Golan. The Americans and the Israelis focused on the prevention of Hezbollah and the Iranian units from the presence in the Southern areas till the depth of 25 km.
The Russians responded by the Foreign Minister Lavrov through the call to dismantle Al Tanf base because it is a point for gathering the armed groups, and it will be an obstacle in front of any stability in the south, it ensures that the Syrian army alone must be on borders.
This negotiation and the accompanying media will remain within the political messages and the reverse messages; it has not led clearly to the possibility of understanding or going to confrontation. In both cases the position of Russia, Iran, Syria, and the resistance will be one.
There is no benefit from the American-Gulf-Israeli bet on spreading doubts among the parties of the alliance which succeeded in defeating them in Syria over the past years despite all the bets.
