After the news of the visit of the US security delegation to Damascus became public, now
it is possible to talk about its turn in interpreting what we witness as the US political and
media escalation against Syria and the attempt of turning the escalation into a military
action under the pretext of using the chemical weapon which its plan was already
revealed by Moscow.
 In the indirect messages of the mediators to the Syrian leadership, the Americans whether
through what the Saudis said through the mediation of an Arab Gulf country or through
the heads of European intelligence services show their readiness for three obligations;
First, the public recognition of the winning of Syria, its President, and its army and their
readiness for the future of Syria and lifting the sanctions on it. Second, the willingness to
provide funding for the process of reconstruction away from the political solution which
they always raise as a justification to disrupt and obstruct every progress in the exit of
Syria from the war and its complications. Third, the readiness to withdraw the US forces
decisively from Syria and the sponsorship of normalizing the relation with Syria from the
position of the strength of Syria with all the rulers of the Gulf and the European
governments.
 On the other hand, the Americans have always had tactical demands which Syria can
meet if a political understanding is reached, as the cooperation in confronting the terrorist
groups on the West, especially the American interior and the exchange of information
and expertise in this issue, or the seeking for having a role in the sectors of the Syrian
economy in post-stage of war, but during the direct last dialogue and what preceded it as
messages carried by the mediators the dispute was always about the clear seeking of the
Americans for neutralizing Syria from its position in the axis of resistance. This was the
origin of the American decision of launching the war, after Syria had refused similar
proposals that preceded the war.
 Washington is trying stupidly to achieve the goals of a war that it lost by the temptations
that do not tempt who waged the war and won in it. It reveals that its campaign today is
because of the rejection of Syria of its proposals and its unfaithfulness regarding its
sticking to the political solution, or its rejection of reconstruction or through a position
expressed by the Syrian presidency, the Syrian leadership, and the form of rule in Syria,
in addition to what Syria represents through its president, leadership, and government as
obstacles in front of the American polices.
