During the years of war on ISIS the star of the Iraqi Popular Crowd whether as
factions or leadership has emerged. It is the force which has undertaken the
responsibilities of changing the balance of forces against ISIS till achieving victory,
after the balance scaled strongly in favor of the terrorist takfiri organizations against
the Iraqi army which restored its strength during the difficult moments.
 All the facts of this war during its four years prove that the reality of the US role was
to prolong the war and to provide ISIS with the pretext of survival under the slogan of
the war plan which the Americans wanted it to be adopted by the Iraqis. The Popular
Crowd was a disrupting factor, because without it, the American plan which is based
on considering the war a war of ten years would continue so far. The essence of the
war’s tactics according to the American plan is not to wage crucial battles against
ISIS, rather to leave the ways open for a rolling war from one region to another. The
confrontations between the Americans and the Popular Crowd and their attempt to
sabotage and to isolate it witnessed its real role in ensuring the confrontation
according the plan of victory.
 The major historic roles do not come like that. Behind the Popular Crowd there were
elements as first, the fatwa of the religious authority, Second, the bright solid
leadership as the Professor Faleh Fayad, the Professor Hadi Al Amiri, and the Hajj
Abu Mahdi Al Muhandes. Al Fayad and Al Muhandes have assumed official
positions in the government; the first one was an advisor of the National Security and
a chairman of the body of the Popular Crowd, while the other was his deputy. The
Prime Minister Haidar Al Abadi was in a position that suggested the adoption of the
Popular Crowd to confront the US pressures.
 Al-Abadi’s exemption of Al Fayad and Al Muhandes from their governmental
responsibilities reveals his position as a part of the US game complacently and
consensually or through hostility and condoning. The exemption is a pressing US
card in the heart of the confrontation between the US-Saudi-Israeli project and the
axis of the resistance. Al-Abadi biased publicly in the confrontation with the axis of
the resistance. Therefore…. Greetings to the Mujahedeen Al Fayad and
AlMuhandes…. And denouncing the decision as a start that will be followed by later
steps.
